What is the Mandela's Catalogue?

-it is a catalog where cases and situations not very "common" of the Mandela city were collected.

Case 1: An Intruder

A victim reported that the night before an "intruder" had entered but it was not an intruder, it was something more and it will not be the only time I find it, so this case will leave it incomplete for now, if there is more information about it I will make another entry on the subject.
